Who do I call if the internet stops working?

If staff in your centre are connected to the internet by cable and are having problems with the connection, you need to call Dave Roberts in the Business Team.

If staff in your centre are connected to the internet by cable and are NOT having problems with the connection (ie. just the wifi connected hardware is not connecting), you need to speak to your venue lead/Business team lead who will phone the eLearning team on your behalf.
