Following our communications to you in the November ICT Newsletter, we have made some essential changes to the email system at REAL.
If you received an error message when using your emails, please follow these instructions to remove the error message.
If you have started to receive an error message in your mail system saying unable to retrieve mail for email@example.com please follow the following instructions:
- From your Chrome web browser, login to your Real Education Google/Atmos email account.
- Once logged in to your emails, click the cog in the top right.
- Then click settings.
- Click Accounts on the top menu.
- Then under POP Settings, click remove firstname.lastname@example.org or Link@real-education.org
This will stop the error message from occurring.
