We recognise that sometimes you need to work face-to-face.
Informal drop in sessions to support staff on an ad-hoc basis with their IT needs are offered most weeks during school term time.
For larger jobs, we may need to ask you to leave your laptop/equipment with us in order to repair it. If in doubt, please raise a ICT request on the ServiceDesk and we’ll advise you.
Support is also available to help you use ICT to support teaching and learning, please book in advance for this service through the ServiceDesk. All drop sessions start from 3:15pm and end at 5:00pm.
