How to change your ATMOS (Google email) password for PHONES

Changing your ATMOS password on the phones is a little different to laptops and desktop but this guide will help you if you have difficulties :

Firstly, you need to go to your phone Settings option. You can do this by going through the "white grid" apps button and scrolling down to Settings or more easily swiping down from the top of the screen to display the options like so:

Click on the little White Gear icon at the top right - this takes you to Settings.

Then Tap on "Accounts"

Tap on "Google" , below the My Accounts heading

Tap "Sign in and Security"

Tap "Signing in to Google"

On the next page you may need to scroll down a little to see the Password option as shown on the next two screenshots :

Tap on the "Password" option.

Tap on the "Password" option.

Type in your EXISTING password and tap Sign in on the screen below

You will then be presented with the following screen, where you'll need to type your NEW PASSWORD under where it says "New Password " and AGAIN where it says "Confirm New Password"

Then click the blue "Change password" button which is just off the bottom of the screenshot below! You may be asked some additional questions during this whole process such as choosing how to open the web page (Choose Chrome) and whether to save your password in chrome (you should choose No)

You may need to sign into your account once again when trying to view emails after the password change. This is normal.
