REAL Guest - correct as of 15/10/2021
Due to a recent change in Wi-Fi management, the Wi-Fi system will no longer support voucher access for the guest network.
The following sites’ Guest Wi-Fi are now operating a password based guest Wi-Fi.
- Kings Mill Way
- Concorde House
- City Hub
- Newark Flexi Site
Please ask the on site member of the business admin team, or the learning manager on site. As a back-up, Nicky Holland will be a central point of contact for all of the guest Wi-Fi passwords.
What if my site is not mentioned in the list?
If your site is not in the list, your site will continue the voucher system for the guest network. Please request a voucher code in the normal way.
Why do we need to have different password for each centre?
Each centre will have more control over who accesses the internet. This will mean that staff using their own laptops will find that they need to request the guest password for each centre they wish to access WiFi at.
I have a red asset stickered laptop, it’s owned by R.E.A.L., am I affected?
No - you will continue to use R.E.A.L. Cloud as usual.
